Come on the show
Markets to Freedom is a daily live markets show. If your work touches energy, macro, geopolitics or markets infrastructure and you have something specific to say, the door is open.
What the show is.
One host, one guest, roughly thirty minutes. Live on YouTube, recorded for the podcast feed and the on-site replay. The conversation is built around what you actually do, what you actually see and where you actually disagree with the consensus.
We use StreamYard, which runs in the browser. There is no software to install. Guests join from a laptop with a decent mic and a quiet room.
The audience is serious. Energy traders and analysts, macro investors, journalists, engineers in the energy transition. They came for substance. They do not want a brand reel.
The kinds of people we have on.
- Markets professionals. Buy-side, sell-side, prop, asset management. Tactical or strategic. Single-name or thematic.
- Energy and commodities. Oil, gas, power, carbon, refined products. Front office, research or industrial operators.
- Macro and geopolitics. Strategists, economists and geopolitical analysts with a working framework rather than a quote sheet.
- Markets infrastructure and tech. Trading platforms, data, brokers, the technology behind the market.
From pitch to publish.
A brief pre-show call before recording. Twenty minutes to align on topic, key points and anything off the record. We also ask about employer media policy and get recording consent in writing.
The recording itself is light editorial. Around thirty minutes. We cut for clarity but do not stage the conversation.
After the show, the team produces a short clip pack for promotion across LinkedIn, X and YouTube Shorts. We share these for re-use on the guest's own channels.
What we need to know.
Send a short email with three things: a sentence on who you are, a sentence on the topic and a sentence on why now. The third one is the one that matters most.
If it's a fit, we come back within a few days with proposed dates. If not, we say so plainly.
